- you either created your own gmail account or we created it for you (check username and password in the email)

- your "messages" from the form (JOTFORM - see below) on the home page will be directed to this email account

  ** (parents will also receive a copy of these messages at their email address)

  ** the gmail account was also used to set up your BLIP, ANALYTICS and JOTFORM accounts
- you can also set gmail to forward your gmail to any other address

3. ANALYTICS  www.google.com/analytics
- use the same username and password as your gmail account
- once logged look for the "orange bar" at the top and then select your website
- you will come to the "dashboard"... just click on links and play, play, play (this is how you learn - you can't break anything)
- you will be able to find out who is visiting your site, where they are from, etc. etc. 

4. JOT FORM www.jotform.com
- you may use this service to check your archived messages or delete messages (messages from the form on your home page)

  (messages sent to your agent when the agent linked is clicked on go "only" to your agent)

- the messages go to "both" your gmail account and your parent (if applicable) AND ALSO to jotform for saving
- your free service allows you to archive up to 100 messages per month
- use the username for your gmail account "without the .com, .net or .ca and the same password as gmail (see the email sent to you
- once logged in do the following to read your messages
* click once on "MY FORMS"
* click once on "contact"
* click once on "Reports"
* select Output type "Web"
* click on "Next"
* you are now looking at your report
* you can "delete items" by click on the "X" and then clicking on the "Back" button.

- play, play, play... that's how you learn

5. Facebook... This should be set up by yourself and a link will be put on your site to your Facebook page.

SECURITY FOR CHILDREN

1. as children are actors their names are going to be circulating ... IMDB, movie trailers, etc. so it is okay as long as you use the Internet wisely

2. the goal is to ensure that people are not using a child's name in a derogatory manner or using their identity, that is why you purchased their name

  - you can also sign up their name with facebook and twitter (you don't have to use it, just make sure no one else can use their name)

3. the website names were purchased either by parents and using private registration or by visionberry using their names and addresses as contact

    ... when purchased by visionberry, name registration does not use the parents or the child's name

4. the gmail accounts are monitored by parents and are not the responsibility of visionberry

5. the gmail addresses are not on the site in anyway, they cannot be found by spammers... everything goes through a system called jotform (see above)

6. all the emails are also copied and sent to parents email accounts, unless requested to not do so by parents

7. web viewers are encouraged to contact the child via the agent

8. ensure all security settings are set properly for Facebook (if you use facebook)
